  How do you assure people that it's business as usual when there's absolutely nothing usual about doing business during this COVID-19 pandemic?

  That's the task that every leader faces today. We're responsible for the safety and welfare of our employees. We're responsible for telling the truth. We're responsible for maintaining our customers' trust by keeping promises. And, most of all, we're responsible for being part of the solution, not a contributor to the problem.

  As a company, BVS is fortunate to have had pandemic plans in place for quite some time. We have equipped our staff to work from home in order to protect them and enable us to continue uninterrupted service to our customers. For both staff and customers, our ability to communicate through our own video software has made social distancing feel less isolating.
