Use of BVS Websites

BVS' website collects certain information automatically and stores it in log files. BVS secures all information collected, transmitted and stored using a combination of physical, logical and administrative controls. The security of our environment is audited annually through a System and Organization Controls (SOC) 2 Type 2 report. Additionally, we have an independent third party perform security assessments and penetration testing on the network and applications.

Further, we train our employees about the importance of confidentiality and maintaining the privacy and security of your information. We commit to taking appropriate disciplinary measures to enforce our employees' privacy responsibilities.

Data Storage and Retention

The information you provide to us via our online forms is stored, accessed and used by BVS to contact you regarding the type of information requested.
