BVS Performance Solutions (BVS) is committed to protecting the privacy of your information and providing you with the best experience possible while using our products and visiting our websites.

This privacy notice applies to Dynamic Learning, ClickBranch, Virtual Classroom, bvsLive, and all BVS websites, products and services. Otherwise, BVS does not collect, sell or disclose any personal information regarding the use of any website, product or service with any other third parties. Should BVS engage a third party, and with the exclusion of complying with regulatory agencies, law enforcement, or any other legal obligations, you will be notified and required to give explicit consent prior to the sharing of any data.

Use of BVS Websites

BVS' website collects certain information automatically and stores it in log files. The information may include internet protocol (IP) addresses, the region or general location where your computer or device is accessing the internet, browser type, operating system and other usage information about the use of the BVS website. We use this information to help us design our site to better suit our users' needs. We may also use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our website, analyze trends, track visitor movements, and gather broad demographic information that assists us in identifying visitor preferences.

Transferring Personal Data From the E.U. to the U.S.

BVS has its headquarters in the United States. Information we collect from you will be processed in the United States. The United States has not sought nor received a finding of "adequacy" from the European Union under Article 45 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Personal Information Safeguards

BVS secures all information collected, transmitted and stored using a combination of physical, logical and administrative controls. The security of our environment is audited annually through a System and Organization Controls (SOC) 2 Type 2 report. Additionally, we have an independent third party perform security assessments and penetration testing on the network and applications.

Further, we train our employees about the importance of confidentiality and maintaining the privacy and security of your information. We commit to taking appropriate disciplinary measures to enforce our employees' privacy responsibilities.

Data Storage and Retention

The information you provide to us via our online forms is stored, accessed and used by BVS to contact you regarding the type of information requested. The information provided is stored in perpetuity unless you specifically request that information to be purged. All requests to purge your information should be made to [email protected].

Data storage during the use of our products is outlined in the contract, but it is limited to the information that is required to effectively use the product. The data stored as use of our product belongs to each customer and can be removed upon written request to the BVS privacy office, [email protected].

Changes and Updates to the Privacy Notice

As organizational requirements change from time to time, this privacy notice is expected to change as well. We reserve the right to amend the privacy notice at any time, for any reason, without notice to you, other than the posting of the amended privacy notice at bvs.com. We may email periodic reminders of our notices, and terms and conditions, but you should check our site frequently to see the current privacy notice that is in effect and any changes that may have been made to it.
