Minimum Required Configuration

• Latest versions of Edge Chromium, Google Chrome, Firefox, and *Safari are supported
• 1024x768 or greater resolution
• Minimum Internet connection speed of 1.5 Mb
• 2.0 GHz processor; 2 GB of RAM or better
• Adobe Acrobat Reader – latest version
• JavaScript and cookies enabled
• Pop-up blockers set to allow the site: *.bvs.com and *.bvsinc.com
• TLS 1.2

Note: *Safari is supported for Dynamic Learning courseware, the Compliance Center, and Reports only.

IT Requirements

• If using a proxy server, do not cache BVS Dynamic Learning
• Viewing courses requires the ability to play MP3 audio and MP4 videos
• Allow communication to the following domains:
  • *.bvs.com
  • *.bvsinc.com
  • *.clickbranch.com
  • These domains need the following ports allowed:
  • TCP Ports: 80, 443

Requirements for Email Notifications

• Ensure [email protected], [email protected] and [email protected] are listed as trusted addresses on any mail filtering service(s).
• If email server access is allowed by IP address, please see Appendix A.

Regulatory Requirements

• Current FFIEC guidance requires institutions to review technology service providers' Audit Report as part of vendor selection due diligence. BVS has a SOC2 Type2 audit performed on an annual basis, and a report is available upon request.
